This challenge will help you kickstart 2026 through a mixture of face to face cold water dipping sessions in the sea, with guided breathwork and mindset clarification for your year ahead. You will also get 21 days of hints and tips which will be shared in an exclusive What's App group on how cold water immersion and breathwork can build your resilience, reduce stress and anxiety in your day to day life.You'll be in safe hands with me, Marie who is qualified as an open water swim, cold water immersion, breathwork coach and is a Master coach in mindset (NLP - neuro-linguistic programming)We will meet weekly at The Greenbank Hotel in `Falmouth (Mon 12th, 19th & 26th January 2026 10-11am). I will guide you through the benefits of cold water immersion, how to do it safely and how to create calm in a busy and stressful mind. During these sessions you will experience guided breathwork techniques not only for getting in and out of cold water but also how these can benefit your day to day living too.Included in the programme I will also be sharing 21 days of hints and tips on how you can feel calmer with your day to day routine, clearer about how you want to feel during 2026 and ultimately boosting your confidence.These sessions are aimed at women who are new to cold water dips and who prefer a smaller group size (maximum 6 women). This will enable you to relax and experience something shared with other likeminded women.
